I’m looking to build and scale 0-to-1 SaaS products end-to-end—pairing product strategy, user research, and delivery with AI-powered automation and strong cross-functional leadership to achieve product-market fit and revenue growth.

I’m a Senior Product Manager with 10+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS product strategy, development, and go-to-market execution across Brazil, Portugal, and the United States. I’m used to translating complex business and user needs into scalable product solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

At TruScope, I’m the first product hire for a pre-seed B2B SaaS startup building a construction inspection management platform for the US market. I’ve owned end-to-end product strategy and execution—from customer discovery to monetization—using AI to modernize how inspectors work in the field. I built LLM-powered field inspection workflows, partnered with pilot customers managing 1,000+ buildings to validate product-market fit, and designed a low-touch trial plus self-service subscription system across the full PLG acquisition model.

At Infraspeak, I led the mobile product vertical and built a platform enabling maintenance managers and technicians to collaborate and manage equipment and facilities maintenance plans. I led 0-to-1 development of a cross-platform mobile application, delivered a 2x improvement in task execution efficiency, and reached 45% of all 40.000 technician accounts in its first year. I also ran continuous user research to reprioritize the roadmap and increased on-site efficiency by eliminating time waste, while partnering with Customer Success and Sales to generate +€500K in expansion revenue.

Earlier, I led product strategy for a pivot from email-based ticket management to a conversational chatbot platform at Octadesk, helping secure a USD $30M investment round and increasing tickets resolved without human intervention by 66%. At MEDGRUPO, I spearheaded the COVID-19 pivot from physical to hybrid online/offline learning, contributing to USD $5M ARR growth and serving 40.000+ medical students per year. I’ve also managed engineering projects and served as a Lead/Senior Software Engineer—bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams—plus working in Agile environments with defined technical architecture and standards.
