I mentor and advise LLM-based product teams, most recently shaping Kreatoors’ Employee Advocacy platform through a mid-pivot from solopreneur to enterprise. I’ve defined MVP scope, cut placeholder features, and pushed a small engineering team to ship under active sales pressure, then reset the backlog using beta tester feedback.

Before that, I led Pulsely’s regulatory-driven B2B SaaS pivot in Lisbon, recruited and led a 4-person squad, and acquired the first 10 pilot customers. Earlier, I led gen-AI MVP delivery at Wundr (ChatGPT + Midjourney for illustrated children’s stories) and directed consulting strategy at Futurice and Human Industries for B2B manufacturing clients including Siemens Healthineers.
