What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role that combines technical support and CRM workflows (Salesforce/SQL/SharePoint). I want a team where communication matters, I can own tickets/claims end-to-end, and I can keep growing into more technical responsibility.

I’m a customer service professional with hands-on experience supporting technical needs, answering customer questions, and coordinating day-to-day operations across medical, energy, real estate, dealerships, and parking environments. I’ve used CRM systems to track customer information and claims, and I’m comfortable working across phone, chat, and scheduling workflows.

In roles like CLEAResult and CDK Global, I practiced calling scripts, collaborated with teams in interactive chat, and helped customers access savings programs, resolve questions, and schedule next steps. At Metropolis, I supported call-based operations for parking, navigated parking violations in CRM, and stayed consistent and punctual while maintaining flexibility with changing schedules.
