At BookedBy, I owned product and technical workstreams for a B2B SaaS platform serving salon and spa businesses. I led a dedicated squad through discovery and launch of email/SMS campaigns, customer segmentation, and automated journeys.

I also owned the Customer Open API and coordinated DevOps/platform work and a cross-team design system. I used SQL and spreadsheets to analyze usage, and built Jira Automation rules and Claude Cowork workflows to streamline delivery tasks.
