What I'm looking for

I want to lead end-to-end delivery for complex products with distributed teams—owning roadmap, release coordination, and quality. I’m excited to work closely with stakeholders, de-risk dependencies, and keep improving processes while leveraging AI in daily work.

I have 9+ years of experience leading cross-functional and distributed software development teams across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps in FinTech and MedTech products. I manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from requirements gathering and backlog prioritization to delivery and post-release support.

I’m strong in roadmap planning, features prioritization, release coordination, dependency management, risk mitigation, and improving delivery processes through stakeholder alignment and team facilitation. I also reduced bugs by 70% by restructuring QA processes, implementing unit tests, and improving communication between development, testing, and business teams, and I work with AI tools and integrate them into development activities.
