What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead delivery and organisational design where teams can move fast without losing quality — using Agile/Kanban, strong facilitation and coaching, and data-driven improvements that unblock stakeholders and help products succeed.

I strongly believe that to build high-quality products, you first need a strong and motivated team.

The experience of working in many teams — project, product and service — provided me with a wide toolkit for setting up processes within and between teams, which is easily applied and customised depending on the context, requirements and specifications of the team and products.

Over time I’ve also shifted focus toward the deeper layer of understanding why teams struggle and what to do about it. I now invest as much energy in facilitation, individual coaching, and organisational design as in delivery itself. ICF-certified, currently studying organisational psychology.
