In my current role as a Project Manager for a Market Intelligence SaaS, I define scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders, then build and maintain project plans and milestone trackers across engineering, data, and design workstreams. I facilitate alignment between business and technical teams, proactively identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks to protect schedule during iterative release cycles.

Previously, as a Project Manager for a Decision Intelligence SaaS, I managed end-to-end delivery for a 0→1 platform—coordinating engineers, designers, and commercial stakeholders from initiation through production launch while working across both Agile and structured waterfall phases. I acted as the central communication point, producing regular status reports, decision logs, and action item registers, and chaired alignment workshops to cut decision-making latency by ~60% through structured workflows and documentation standards.

Earlier experience as a Product Owner strengthened my ability to connect execution with outcomes—coordinating across engineering, ops, and commercial units, standardizing documentation and reporting, and improving process efficiency. I’m hands-on with Jira and Confluence for sprint planning, task tracking, and documentation, and I continuously drive quality through retrospectives, sprint reviews, and process improvements.
