I'm looking to lead operations and develop high-performing teams while improving customer experiences, revenue, retention, and operational results.

I've led operations, team development, and revenue growth for Banana Republic, Amazon, Crunch Fitness, and Divisions Maintenance Group. At Banana Republic, I supported $1.7M in revenue within six months and helped deliver 17% year-over-year holiday growth.

At Divisions Maintenance Group, I managed more than $859K in Walgreens facility repair projects across ten states, coordinated emergency repairs, and built a new-hire training program recognized by senior leadership. I also developed vendor relationships and served as Plumbing Lead for the Northwest team.
