What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a retail leadership role where I can drive sales and guest satisfaction, strengthen inventory and operational compliance, and coach a high-performing team—while staying focused on tight budgets, clear timelines, and impactful in-store experiences.

I’m a store and retail operations leader with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction while driving profitable business results. I turn underperformance into momentum by streamlining operations and strengthening inventory management processes.

In fast-paced retail environments, I provide hands-on leadership—coaching Sales Associates and cross-functional teams to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. I take total accountability for executing an “agile business plan” that recruits and retains customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
