I’m looking for a leadership role where I can rebuild and optimize ecommerce and customer experience, align cross-functional teams, and drive profitable subscription/DTC growth through retention-focused lifecycle strategy and scalable brand operations.

I’m an ecommerce, customer experience, and brand operations leader with 15+ years scaling subscription and direct-to-consumer brands into profitable growth. I’m passionate about building exceptional brand experiences that turn loyalty into sustainable revenue.

Recently, I joined Shaketstir as Senior Director of Ecommerce & Brand Operations to stabilize and preserve customer experience during acquisition integration. I led a complete Shopify website rebuild and CX redesign, while directing ecommerce operations across subscription and DTC channels—improving usability, subscription management, and brand presentation.

Across my career, I’ve owned the customer lifecycle end-to-end for thousands of monthly subscription shipments, using retention and loyalty-focused lifecycle communications and customer-centric journey strategy. I also scale through operational excellence: building systems, workflows, and cross-functional alignment to increase scalability, speed-to-market, and delivery performance.

I’ve led teams and partnerships that expand brand reach—building 100+ strategic partnerships and supporting major product launches from concept through fulfillment.
