Recently, I joined Shaketstir as Senior Director of Ecommerce & Brand Operations to stabilize and preserve customer experience during acquisition integration. I led a complete Shopify website rebuild and CX redesign, while directing ecommerce operations across subscription and DTC channels—improving usability, subscription management, and brand presentation.
