What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead operations that turn growth into profitable, scalable outcomes—pairing tight forecasting and P&L discipline with scalable ecommerce and fulfillment systems, so teams can execute faster, convert better, and retain customers.

I bring executive-level operational leadership to DTC health, wellness, and beauty brands, focused on scaling infrastructure, improving profitability, and building sustainable growth. I partner with founders on manufacturer sourcing, contract negotiation, production planning, and US-based manufacturing transitions to reduce COGS, improve lead times, and strengthen operational reliability.

Previously as Chief Operating Officer, I led end-to-end business operations across supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, ecommerce, customer experience, and cross-functional team performance. I owned full operational P&L management, balancing revenue growth with margin improvement through forecasting, vendor negotiations, cost controls, and inventory optimization across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.

I’ve also built and optimized ecommerce programs from the ground up—improving Shopify backend operations, conversion pathways, retention systems, and customer lifecycle processes. Across my career, I’ve driven demand planning, 3PL audits, product launch execution, and compliance with industry regulations (FDA, GMP), while using A/B testing and analytics to improve site performance, upsell/cross-sell revenue, and customer retention.
