I'm looking to lead scheduling and operations systems that help providers focus on patient care, improve workflow consistency, and create reliable patient scheduling experiences.

At Rural Psychiatry Associates, I coordinate more than 1,200 weekly appointments across 30 providers, supervise 12 schedulers, and support four additional departments. I built an Excel Therapy Tracker that eliminated provider overbooking, improved scheduling visibility, and standardized recurring patient appointments.

I was promoted from Patient Access Coordinator to Patient Access Process Improvement Lead and then Therapy Scheduling Supervisor. Previously, at EZ Open Garage Door, I progressed from receptionist to Office Manager, managing scheduling, invoicing, inventory, customer service, technician coordination, and social media operations.
