I’m a results-driven healthcare operations and scheduling manager with 9+ years of experience in patient coordination, team leadership, and administrative management. I’m known for improving scheduling workflows, strengthening patient onboarding, and keeping care processes running smoothly from first contact through the visit.

In my current role as Manager / Lead Scheduler at HomeMD (Remote), I lead the Welcome Visit Team and own patient onboarding and scheduling. I coordinate telehealth and in-person appointments using AthenaOne, prepare patient charts, coordinate labs prior to visits, and supervise team performance to continuously improve workflows.

Previously, I served as a Supervisor at ACT (Remote), where I supervised 20 employees in a call center environment. I managed schedules, monitored performance, and provided coaching with KPI tracking to drive outcomes, consistency, and team improvement.

Earlier, as an Office Manager at Team Nurse, I handled day-to-day office operations and scheduling, including insurance verification and payroll support. Across every role, I bring a strong HIPAA-focused approach, a process-improvement mindset, and a commitment to high-quality patient experiences.
