I’m looking for a leadership role where I can optimize care operations, from onboarding, scheduling, staff oversight, to client relations.

I bring 15+ years of administrative experience. I currently support clinical leadership with operations, client-facing processes, and day-to-day execution. I’ve launched a clinic location by building front-office systems and improving operational efficiency, and I lead workflow improvements through supervision, scheduling accuracy, and client onboarding.

More specifically, as a Clinic Operations Manager, I supervise 30–40 RBT staff. I am also part of a six-person team that increased client onboarding metrics by 178% over two months. I use data tracking and client record systems (Power BI, Theradriver, and Ascend) to resolve scheduling gaps, maintaining a 100% scheduling resolution throughout multiple months from 2025-2026.
