At HH Lincoln Health System, I provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Central Scheduling, Prior Authorization, Financial Counseling, Outpatient Registration, and Emergency Department Registration. I monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to support financial performance, patient access, and the patient experience.
Previously, I oversaw frontline clinical and patient access staff across multiple clinics as Assistant Director of Physician Services at HH Lincoln Health System. At Mental Health Cooperative, I managed daily operations for a primary care clinic serving the behavioral health population, coordinating schedules and improving workflows.
Earlier, I supported the CEO and hospital operations at STRHS-Pulaski, taught medical insurance billing and coding at Ross Medical Education Center, and worked as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in several clinic specialties. My experience also includes medical scheduling, insurance verification, EMR systems, and executive administration.
