I’m looking for a sales- and operations-focused role where I can improve processes through data and root-cause work, lead cross-functional teams, strengthen compliance, and support customers with clear communication and fast, accurate execution.

I’m an intuitive, proactive sales and operations professional who plans, directs, and executes robust operations management strategies. I oversee and optimize day-to-day processes, using root cause analysis to pinpoint process gaps and implement cutting-edge solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

I’ve led, trained, and mentored cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments with strict time constraints, keeping customer service and success at the center of execution. I direct numerous projects from inception to completion within defined budget, scope, and quality—while also managing risk through proactive assessment and mitigation.

In my recent role, I support sales operations by maintaining Teams records and Salesforce for the entire nation’s sales and ensuring real-time visibility for managers and executives. Earlier, as a Division Operations Manager and sales support leader, I managed compliance and inventory analysis, handled end-to-end initiatives including portal/EDI/SAP execution and maintenance, and delivered data analysis reports to senior management to enable informed decision-making.
