I’m looking for a client-focused operations role where I can lead teams, drive process improvement, and translate data into measurable revenue and quality outcomes—while mentoring talent and building strong cross-functional partnerships.

I’m an operations and project leader recognized for accelerating revenue growth, optimizing processes, and elevating client satisfaction through strategic problem-solving, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset.

In my current Manager of Operations role, I lead, coach, and develop teams while setting goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to business objectives. I’ve managed a high-volume portfolio of 160 accounts, consistently enabling $80M+ in quarterly revenue recognition, and earned Team of the Quarter for outstanding performance and results.

Previously as a Sr. Project Analyst, I drove planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives while maintaining timeline, budget, and scope control. I leveraged Tableau, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and Excel to monitor performance, surface insights, and recommend improvements—stabilizing revenue and gross profit across the largest consumer accounts, including maintaining $25M in revenue in Q4 2025 with 98%+ on-time, on-budget delivery.
