I’m looking for a remote role supporting C-suite leadership where I can own executive communication, stakeholder coordination, and operational reporting—using automation to improve processes, reduce escalations, and help teams run smoothly.

I’m a Senior Executive Assistant and staff support professional with over 2 years of progressive remote experience supporting C-suite leadership across UK-based operations. I’ve been promoted twice within one organisation—from EA to Admin Officer to Staff Support Officer reporting directly to the COO—expanding my strategic responsibility while staying dependable and results-focused.

I manage executive communication, stakeholder and partner liaison, escalation resolution, policy drafting, and operational reporting, using Asana, Notion, Zapier, and Google Workspace to streamline workflows. I supervise daily operations across multiple departments, track performance against schedules, and train others to operate independently; I’m also a CAC-registered business founder with hands-on experience in client management, invoicing, and digital operations.
