Nneka Ibe

Executive Operations Specialist blending workflow automation with high-level executive support and analytical research.
What I'm looking for
I'm an Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leadership. My role sits at the center of a multi-business-unit operation, where I manage executive scheduling across time zones, manage inboxes, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and run end-to-end projects from initiation to close.
A distinct part of my role is market intelligence: I prepare evaluation reports on prospective brand partnerships, covering commercial viability, regulatory compliance, and go-to-market positioning, which directly inform leadership's decisions on new business relationships.
I'm also the primary point of contact bridging internal teams and external partners which means a large part of my value is translation. I take messy, cross-unit updates and convert them into decision-ready briefings and board presentations that leadership can act on immediately, without needing to chase context. When initiatives stall, I drive resolution across teams to keep them on schedule.
One major achievement for me on this role is I identified that manual executive-support tasks including meeting scheduling, inbox, and meeting preparations were consuming approximately 8 hours per week. I designed and deployed automated workflows using Make, n8n, and Zapier that cut this down to under 2 hours per week, freeing over 75% of that time for higher-value strategic support.
My core interest is in using AI to reduce manual bottle-necks in executive’s operations and replacing them with systems that just run. It's less about the tools themselves and more about the outcome: giving leadership back time and mental bandwidth to focus on decisions only they can make.
I'm looking for a role ideally with a remote-first company where operational excellence and AI-driven workflow design are treated as core to the position, not a bonus skill. I want to keep doing what I already do well: turning organizational complexity into clarity for the people who have to make the calls.
