I've supported founders and international businesses across e-commerce, business operations, customer experience, digital marketing, and executive support for over 15 years. Most recently, I managed day-to-day digital operations for Shopify businesses serving clients in the US and Canada.

I managed a 50+ SKU Shopify store across products, pricing, inventory, orders, returns, refunds, shipping, reviews, integrations, and website updates. I also handled 40–60 customer inquiries daily, resolved escalations independently, and created Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows.

I personally managed Meta advertising spend of up to approximately $17K per month, achieving up to 3.5x ROAS. My work also includes campaign creative, audience targeting, performance reporting, basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting, and practical evaluation of new tools.

Earlier, I implemented Zoho CRM for My Media Inc., migrated more than 100 B2B customer records, built workflows and reports, and recovered approximately 95% of critical CRM data after a major accidental data-loss incident. I've also founded and operated a business, supported sales and marketing teams, and use AI tools to research, troubleshoot, analyze data, and improve workflows.
