We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our Human Resources Department as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion globally.

Skills You Need to Apply:

  1. Extensive Experience in Talent Management: The role demands a solid understanding of industry best practices, with a proven track record in, Talent Management, Internal Mobility, Succession Planning and Performance Management Frameworks

  2. Strong Project Management Skills: The ability to manage conflicting priorities, balance immediate needs with long-term goals, and design scalable workflows that enhance operational efficiency is crucial

  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in researching, preparing, and presenting data-driven reports, business cases, and proposals is essential. This includes leveraging data analytics to generate insights from talent and performance development metrics

  4. Leadership and Stakeholder Management: The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing change within organizations, and effectively collaborating with key stakeholders across levels
