Hi there! I’m Nankhonde, the Founder of Zanga Metrics.

I started this company because I saw a huge gap in how leadership and talent are managed across Africa.

We’ve built a platform that offers HR tools and leadership assessment solutions to help organizations across the continent identify, develop, and retain their best talent. It’s all about helping businesses grow through great people.

We’ve recently pivoted to a franchise model where we now license our software and certification to HR and talent professionals all over Africa.

This shift has opened up a lot of exciting opportunities, and as we continue to grow, we’re building a team of smart, proactive people who are just as passionate about driving impact as we are.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant - someone who’s organized, proactive, and experienced in supporting senior leaders.

You’ll be my right hand in helping run the office, keeping things on track, and giving me space to focus on the bigger picture.

You’ll thrive if you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident in taking initiative.

Your day-to-day will include:

📧 Manage my inbox and respond to routine requests
📅 Handle calendar management and schedule meetings
📌 Track action points from the team and follow up for updates
📝 Prepare me for meetings, speaking engagements, training sessions, and coaching calls
📣 Follow up with team members and ensure timely decisions are made
📊 Draft basic reports and support with light data tasks

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role and while our team works across time zones, some overlap with EST (New York) and CAT (Central Africa Time) will be needed.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ 3+ years of experience supporting executives or managing an office

✅ Strong time management and multitasking abilities

✅ Great written and verbal communication in business English

✅ Ability to use productivity tools and work digitally

✅ Basic data analytics knowledge

✅ High emotional intelligence and good judgment

✅ Ability to challenge ideas and offer thoughtful alternatives

✅ Initiative and independence

✅ Extensive usage of AI tools and software

✅ Conducting detailed research & doing basic bookkeeping

⭐ Experience working with a fast-paced, remote team

⭐ Familiarity with SaaS or tech-driven businesses

💰 $1,500 – $2,000/month*

🕒 Full-time & fully remote

🌴 Public holidays and paid leave (flexible and agreed with you)
