RemotePeople is an Employer of Record (EOR) provider and global workforce management platform helping businesses recruit, employ and pay international teams in 150+ countries. Our services combine international recruitment, local employment, global payroll and contractor management through one partner.

With our EOR service, businesses can hire employees in supported countries without establishing their own local entity. We manage local employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, tax administration and statutory benefits, while clients direct their employees’ day-to-day work. Service availability and employing arrangements are confirmed for each country.

We also provide international recruitment and executive search, global payroll for businesses with their own entities, contractor management and payments, employee benefits, visa and immigration support, and company incorporation. Our AI Command Center supports HR requests such as onboarding, leave, expenses and contract changes, with expert review for high-impact actions.

RemotePeople was founded in November 2018 by Antoine Boquen and Pierre Pradier. Antoine Boquen is our co-founder and CEO. RemotePeople is headquartered in New York, with an Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore and a distributed team of 256 employees.

Our team works across recruitment, payroll, HR operations, compliance and technology to make international employment more accessible.
