Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Growth and Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing community growth initiatives and campaigns in alignment with our product and mission goals. Your primary focus will be to drive community growth and Giveth adoption for donors and projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute outreach efforts to onboard big projects and NGOs onto the Giveth platform, leveraging existing networks and relationships.

• Design & manage Ambassador Programs to expand its reach and effectiveness in onboarding active verified projects.

• Develop and implement processes, for collecting product feedback from the community and users. This process will facilitate informed decision-making and drive continuous product improvements based on user insights and needs.

• Provide user support and project onboarding assistance as needed, ensuring that projects have the tools and resources they need to fundraise successfully on the Giveth platform.

• Organize fun events for current community members to foster team morale and connection, while also facilitating networking opportunities for projects and donors.

• Be an outreach magician, engaging with Giveth “super fan” communities by providing them official Giveth materials for them to share with their communities.

• Host and support recruiting guests for the GIVtalks events and Twitter spaces.

• Monitor and work towards meeting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis to track and improve outreach and engagement effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in community growth, engagement, or management within the blockchain/crypto space, social impact, NGOs or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse communities.

• Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative community initiatives and campaigns.

• Experience with content creation, social media management, and community moderation.

• Proven ability to organize and execute events or initiatives that promote team morale and community bonding.

• Familiarity with user support processes and tools, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, decentralized team environment.

• Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized platforms is a plus.
