Deputy is a global SaaS workforce management company seeking a Lead People Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and people managers across their Go-To-Market organisation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (SaaS strongly preferred)
- Strong experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), with exposure to strategic talent acquisition highly regarded
- Proven ability to coach leaders, navigate complex people challenges, and support organisational change
- Strong knowledge of US and UK employment law
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
- Experience working with modern HR systems (e.g., Rippling, Lattice, Lever)
- A people-first mindset combined with strong business acumen and curiosity
- AI fluency, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, improve workflows, and bring data-informed, innovative ideas to the People function
