Delinea is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to support Corporate Functions, including Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, and HR. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, delivering people programs and partnerships that keep the organizational infrastructure strong and teams performing at their best.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience
- At least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP role supporting corporate or enterprise functions
- Experience supporting Finance, Legal, Technology, or HR teams
- Solid foundation in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Working knowledge of org design principles, workforce planning, and talent review processes
- Background in high-growth technology companies
- Cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B enterprise software experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly with expert, specialized audiences
- Organized and able to manage priorities across multiple functions simultaneously
