Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience
- Genuine GTM domain fluency
- Proven ability to build credibility at a senior level
- Demonstrated ability to challenge leaders constructively
- Data fluency and hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows
- Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
- Unquestioned integrity, high EQ, and personal maturity
