Deel is a payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're seeking a Workday Consultant to partner with customers and implement certified integrations that automate internal business processes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant, with a focus on Workday Core HCM and third-party payroll integrations
Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll (CCTPP) and Integration Core
Proven experience adapting to new Workday environments and project requirements
Strong background in consulting or project-based work, with a focus on delivering customer value and experience rather than solely deployment volume
Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems
