Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're looking for an Account Executive to drive sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts via Deel's White Label suite of products.
Requirements
- 5+ years selling in the Enterprise segment
- A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role and expanding existing footprint within strategic clients
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Must be fluent in English
