We're looking for an Operations Analyst to manage and optimize our operational workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance in processing tasks. You will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Flawless English (min. C1)
- At least 1 year experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Support
- High attention to detail and can design an organized, effective onboarding plan and schedule for clients
- Willingness to work different shifts (potentially weekends or night shifts)
- Driven, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Confidence in communicating with people at all levels both externally and within the organization
