William Gilles

At W.L. Gore & Associates, I lead portfolio governance, change management, and digital automation for Regulatory Affairs. I built PowerBI reporting infrastructure for 20+ leadership stakeholders and AI-powered Power Platform solutions that reduce FDA submission preparation by an estimated 10–20 hours per week.

I also architected a project portfolio governance framework adopted across six Medical Functions, led change management for a 120-person RIMS implementation, and helped expand Regulatory Operations into a strategic support organization. My work turns complex regulatory and commercial processes into structured, data-driven operating models.

Previously at Terumo Interventional Systems and ADP, I grew field inventory revenue, improved accounts receivable cycle time from 45 to 14 days, implemented ERP and CRM systems, and exceeded sales targets through consultative selling and field enablement.
