At World 50 Group, I lead commercial operations and a Revenue Operations team modernizing the enterprise sales operating model. I built an AI-powered forecasting framework that reduced sales cycle time by 15% and improved Salesforce data governance, reducing hygiene issues by 80%.
At Riskified, I led global Revenue Operations for more than 100 sellers, achieving 95% forecast accuracy and reducing time-to-contract approval by over 50% through Deal Desk, Salesforce/CPQ, and legal workflow improvements.
