I’m looking to lead revenue operations and sales enablement, modernizing CRM and automation to deliver forecasting clarity, accountable pipeline execution, and tighter alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations in high-growth environments.

I’m a Revenue Operations & Sales Enablement leader who builds scalable go-to-market infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. I translate growth strategy into CRM architecture, marketing automation, and forecasting discipline to strengthen pipeline visibility and operational rigor.

In my current role as Revenue Operations Manager at TOBIN SCIENTIFIC, I serve as Salesforce SME and platform architect, creating data governance, pipeline visibility, and executive reporting cadences. I’ve built automation-driven operating discipline through workflow design, activity monitoring, and exception-based alerts—improving forecast reliability and reducing manual pipeline management.

I’ve delivered measurable results, including increasing revenue from $24M to $34M in 2025 and enabling goal attainment for 14 consecutive months. I’ve also institutionalized sales-to-operations governance, formalized MQL-to-SQL governance with HubSpot integration, aligned CRM reporting with NetSuite for revenue accuracy, and modernized prospecting with LinkedIn Sales Navigator integrated with Salesforce and ZoomInfo.
