I’m looking to lead enterprise operations, systems, and organizational transformation where I can build scalable teams, standardize workflows, improve visibility through data, and partner with senior leaders to deliver growth-focused execution.

At SanMar, I lead Sales Operations strategy and enterprise initiatives that improve how Sales, Enterprise, and Operations teams execute. I’ve eliminated 50,000+ annual manual work hours, led Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP adoption, and expanded my organization from 15 to 50+ employees.

I build practical operating models across analytics, program management, and process design. Previously, I established a PMO and Asana delivery model supporting 1,300+ annual requests, and I’m known as a trusted advisor who aligns stakeholders, develops leaders, and turns business needs into operational results.
