I'm looking to lead operations, project delivery, customer support, compliance, or process-improvement work where I can coach teams, automate recurring workflows, use data to improve decisions, and solve problems at their source.

I've led field operations and project delivery at Glacier Industrial, coordinating internal technicians and subcontractor crews across commercial roofing projects from planning through closeout. I manage budgets, materials, profitability, schedules, quality, safety, and customer communication while building SOPs and automation that address recurring problems at the source.

Previously, I supported high-volume broker onboarding at CareSource, managed a 150-account commercial portfolio at R+L Carriers, and supervised compliance administrators supporting 17,000 drivers. I've built reporting tools adopted by Director- and VP-level leaders, reduced administrative work through automation, and coached teams to deliver clearer, more consistent outcomes.
