I’m an Operations and project management professional with 17+ years coordinating high-volume workflows, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering results in fast-paced environments. I’m known for building operational clarity through SOP development, QA checkpoints, and stakeholder communication that keeps work moving to schedule and to spec.

At Lantern Ink (2021–Present), my SOP and QA improvements contributed to a 10% error rate reduction and helped secure a multi-million dollar contract with Zumiez. I manage day-to-day production operations, develop and maintain quality standards, and implement checkpoints that reduce rework while improving throughput.

I also build and use automation tools independently—using AI and n8n—to reduce manual overhead and streamline production coordination. I’ve led teams as a Senior Team Lead (2016–2021) by creating training materials, checklists, and documentation, and I’m fully remote-ready with a detail-oriented, self-directed working style.
