I am a seasoned consultant and operations leader with over nine years in high-leverage project management roles across consulting, SaaS, retail, and logistics. I specialize in building operating rhythms, delivering cross-functional programs, and partnering with leadership to advance strategic initiatives.

Throughout my career I have led multi-phase infrastructure and enterprise initiatives, including a $100M construction and marketing program and a $50M acquisition integration, and I've directed end-to-end SaaS implementations for logistics clients. I bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging tools like Power BI, Jira, and Microsoft Project to provide executives with clear portfolio visibility.

I have a strong background in stakeholder communication, vendor and resource management, and operational readiness—establishing PDLC gates, SOPs, and KPI reporting to improve consistency and delivery health. In nonprofit leadership, I have built communications and events strategies that grew community engagement and staff performance.

I hold a Master’s in Project Management (IT specialization), am a Certified Scrum Master, and am committed to continuous improvement, mentoring teams, and driving measurable results that scale organizations effectively.
