I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive operational excellence with clear cadence, KPI visibility, and disciplined risk management—standardizing processes, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering measurable improvements through RCA and corrective action.

I’m a stakeholder-focused program and operations leader with 8+ years of experience managing large-scale teams, vendor-aligned operations, financial oversight, and complex operational processes in high-accountability environments. As a former U.S. Army Captain, I built a track record of resolving high-impact issues, driving operational excellence, and managing risk across organizations of up to 4,000 personnel and $1.5B+ in assets.

In my roles, I’ve established standardized operating cadence, built performance tracking systems and dashboards, and led escalation resolution using RCA and corrective action. Most recently, I’m applying that same data-driven discipline to operational leadership—strengthening loss prevention controls by identifying a transaction-completion gap and implementing a three-point verification process in partnership with IT and operational leadership.
