I seek a customer-facing role in telesales or collections with opportunities to lead a small team, improve recovery processes, and grow professionally in a stable company.

I am a telesales and collections professional with NDip Entrepreneurship studies at the University of Johannesburg (incomplete) and a Matric certificate. I have over a decade of front-line experience in telesales, inbound/outbound collections, tracing and debtors administration across retail and financial services.

I bring excellent computer literacy, strong customer and interpersonal skills, and a practical, results-driven approach to recovery and customer engagement.
