I'm currently leading HR and operations at NexoBridge, where I manage end-to-end hiring across business development, telesales, and customer support. I conduct 30–60 interviews weekly, manage final selection, and coordinate client onboarding, reporting, proposals, communication, and offboarding.

I also oversee training, onboarding, contracts, payroll, KPI reporting, and daily operations, aligning team performance with client needs. I improve workflows and support engagement, retention, accurate compensation, and compliance.

At Culturelligence, I progressed from an HR/People Operations Intern to People and Operations Leader while supporting recruitment, intern onboarding and offboarding, interviews, webinars, and research into modern HR practices such as Agile HR.

My earlier customer service, retention, telesales, and business development work gave me hands-on experience with high-volume calls, lead generation, client communication, data updates, and empathetic support. I work fluently in Arabic and English, professionally in French, and use HRIS, ATS, payroll, reporting, and productivity systems.
