Zina Hadji

I'm currently supporting HR operations at Dent de Lait – Future Kids across multiple branches, from recruitment and onboarding to contracts, attendance, payroll coordination, performance follow-up, and employee support.

I work closely with employees, branch directors, and management to address workplace concerns, communicate HR policies, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential employee matters with discretion. I also coordinate training, orientation, seasonal workforce needs, and day-to-day HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Previously, at the Embassy of Algeria in Beirut, I coordinated sensitive administrative, consular, financial, and event-related matters across the Ambassador’s Office, Chancery, and Consulate Department. That experience strengthened my ability to communicate across diverse cultures, manage competing priorities, and provide professional support under pressure.

I also bring leadership, marketing, customer service, tutoring, and community-project experience, including organizing initiatives for homeless and underprivileged individuals. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, I'm motivated to bring my HR and employee-relations experience to a purpose-driven international organization.
