I’m looking for a people-operations role where I can drive full-cycle HR strategy, talent acquisition, and learning programs using HRIS and data analytics—while partnering closely with leaders in an environment that values collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.

I’m a strategic and dynamic Human Resources professional with extensive experience leading HR operations, organizational development, and workforce engagement initiatives across humanitarian and corporate sectors in Lebanon and the broader MENA region. I’ve owned the full HR lifecycle—from talent acquisition and performance management to compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning and development—while designing HR strategies that improve agility, inclusion, and performance.

I thrive in high-pressure environments, including crisis response operations and business continuity during complex emergencies. Most recently, I’ve managed end-to-end recruitment for surge emergency support through Workday, achieving 90% of surge candidates processed within agreed timelines, and I’ve built data-driven HR solutions through HR dashboards and analytics that improve training effectiveness and decision-making. Previously, as HR Manager/HR Business Partner, I implemented SAP SuccessFactors to automate onboarding, integrate payroll and performance management, and streamline HR processes—backed by strong stakeholder communication, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
