What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my HR learning and passion in an organization that prioritizes employee well-being and recognizes the importance of a people-centric approach to business.

I'm currently supporting multiple companies at BCTS Consulting & Training Company, where I manage HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, HR KPIs, employee inquiries, and policy implementation.

I partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build performance evaluation systems that support data-driven decisions and employee growth.

At Colonel Beer & Brewery, I oversaw recruitment, training programs, HR policies, employee records, HR databases, and initiatives to strengthen company culture and engagement. Earlier, at Recopak Moussa and Sons, I led recruiting, payroll administration, labor-law compliance, employee-file management, and Ministry of Labor processes for foreign workers.

With more than 10 years of HR experience and a Master in Human Resources, I'm eager to bring my passion for employee well-being and a people-centric approach to an organization that values its people.
