What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable sales enablement and learning programs that improve onboarding, seller readiness, performance, and revenue through cross-functional partnership, data-informed decisions, and engaging learning experiences.

At Precoa, I designed and launched a scalable learning academy supporting 200+ learners, led cross-functional sales enablement initiatives, and produced 80+ training and promotional videos for onboarding, product launches, and sales initiatives. My enablement programs, onboarding experiences, and sales initiatives contributed to exceeding $680M in annual revenue.

Previously at Pennymac TPO, I facilitated onboarding, product education, and workflow training for 95+ new hires and more than 6,000 mortgage professionals. I bring an education background to building data-informed learning experiences, sales playbooks, performance tools, and training operations that support consistent execution.
