I’m a results-driven graduate who blends customer support, operations, human resources, digital marketing, and artificial intelligence prompt engineering. I bring strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to fast-moving environments where accuracy and empathy both matter.

In my Customer Support Agent role, I handle both voice and non-voice customer needs while maintaining high service standards. I support UnitedHealthcare voice processes with account and service inquiries, and I resolve DoorDash concerns through chat and ticket-based workflows—always staying aligned with process guidelines, escalation handling, and customer satisfaction goals.

I also contribute creatively and strategically through marketing work, designing and executing multi-platform campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. In parallel, I’m focused on AI prompt engineering—especially prompt design, LLMs, and conversational AI—reinforced by my Generative AI / Prompt Engineering certification and my interest in research and AI content generation.

Across my experience and certifications, I’ve built a consistent operating style: conflict resolution with professionalism, careful process adherence, and measurable improvement using performance metrics.
