I’m a customer-focused BBA student with practical experience building AI-powered workflows, managing digital platforms, and analyzing user data to improve operational efficiency. I combine customer support fundamentals with AI/no-code automation to streamline how teams respond and solve issues.

I designed an “AI Customer Support Workflow & Automation” that uses AI-assisted workflows, reusable response templates, standardized information, and testing to improve response consistency and operational efficiency. I also built and maintained a no-code web platform with a “Performance Dashboard,” tracking user activity, traffic sources, engagement metrics, and content quality.

To reduce research time and improve documentation quality, I created an “AI Knowledge Management System” with structured knowledge bases, standardized operating instructions, and AI tools for better information retrieval. I’m known for strong written communication, fast learning, attention to detail, and adaptability—qualities that fit remote customer support, customer success, operations, and AI-enabled business support roles.
