I’m looking for a role combining customer support with CRM and lead management—where I can use Zoho CRM and Power Apps, stay SLA-focused, and grow into sales operations or analytics-driven marketing support.

I’m a marketing graduate with hands-on experience in CRM management, customer support, lead tracking, and sales operations. I’ve managed and updated 300+ customer records to improve lead tracking accuracy and supported sales operations through customer follow-ups and business development activities.

In my Customer Support Executive role, I resolved 40–60 customer queries daily through chat and email while maintaining SLA compliance and customer satisfaction standards. I also build tools and campaigns using Zoho CRM and Microsoft Power Apps, and I’ve strengthened my analytics mindset through virtual internships in data analytics and quantitative research.
