What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support organized, fast-paced operations through inbox and calendar management, CRM accuracy, client communication, scheduling, and workflow automation. I value reliable teams, clear processes, and opportunities to improve day-to-day operations.

I've supported Alta Realty Group's real estate operations remotely, managing high-volume client communications, calendars, property tours, consultations, and follow-up across phone, text, and email.

I maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in BoomTown and Follow Up Boss, and I've built Zapier automations for task routing, reminders, and pipeline updates. My work was recognized with a Top Performer / Top 3% performer award for reliable, accurate support.
