I'm looking for long-term part-time or full-time remote work where I can streamline operations, manage communication and scheduling, support customers, and save business owners time. I'm flexible and willing to learn business-specific tools and processes.

I've spent 10 years in BPO customer operations, responding to high-volume inquiries, resolving billing, sales, and service concerns, and maintaining accurate case documentation.
