What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support clients and teams with reliable scheduling, recruitment/admin coordination, and high-quality customer service—using tools like HubSpot, Excel, and Zendesk to solve problems fast and keep customers satisfied.

I’m an administrative and customer support professional with experience managing recruitment workflows, client communications, and professional schedules. In my most recent role, I handled filtering applicants and sending interview invitations, while keeping data organized by uploading contacts to HubSpot and updating Excel files.

I previously drove strong customer satisfaction by answering 40–70 emails per day and providing timely issue resolution, helping increase customer retention. I also manage high-volume communication as a Sales Agent (200–400 calls daily), and I support back-office operations like data entry, order processing, order replacement, order tracking, and email marketing.
