What I'm looking for
I’m an administrative and customer support professional with experience managing recruitment workflows, client communications, and professional schedules. In my most recent role, I handled filtering applicants and sending interview invitations, while keeping data organized by uploading contacts to HubSpot and updating Excel files.
I previously drove strong customer satisfaction by answering 40–70 emails per day and providing timely issue resolution, helping increase customer retention.
